Shipping and Delivery Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

This policy applies to physical items purchased from BeSahu Arts through besahuarts.com.

1. Destinations

BeSahu Arts ships only to the countries and regions available at checkout. The intended launch destinations are selected countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Availability may be limited where a lawful, secure or reasonably priced service is not available.

If your destination is not offered at checkout, contact info@besahuarts.com before ordering. An enquiry does not guarantee that delivery can be arranged.

2. Processing time

Ready-made items are normally prepared for dispatch within up to 10 business days after order acceptance and cleared payment. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Castilla y León, Spain.

Commissions, personalised work, pre-orders or products requiring special preparation follow the timeframe stated on the product page or separately agreed in writing.

Unless another period is shown before purchase or expressly agreed, an order will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is formed, subject to applicable legal exceptions and rights.

3. Shipping rates and services

Available delivery services and charges are calculated or displayed at checkout before payment. Rates depend on destination, packed size, weight, value and service.

Original artwork is sent using a tracked service where that service is available for the destination. Tracking details are provided after dispatch when supplied by the carrier. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not appear immediately.

A checkout delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment, unless expressly stated as guaranteed. BeSahu Arts does not promise delivery on a specific date unless it has been agreed in writing.

4. Packaging

Packaging is selected according to the item and ordinary transport risks. Works on paper may be protected with appropriate inner wrapping, rigid support and an outer mailer or box. The exact method can vary by size, medium, frame and destination.

An item is supplied framed only when the product page expressly says so. Packaging materials are not part of the artwork and may be replaced or recycled after the period in which they may be needed as evidence of transit damage.

5. Address accuracy and changes

Check the complete delivery name, street address, building and unit number, postcode, country, email and telephone number before paying. BeSahu Arts is not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

Email any correction immediately. An address change is not effective until confirmed in writing and cannot normally be made after dispatch. Additional costs caused by a customer-provided address error, redirection, failed delivery or reshipment may be charged where legally permitted.

6. Customs, import taxes and duties

Orders crossing a customs border may be inspected and may incur import VAT, customs duty, brokerage or carrier handling charges. Where BeSahu Arts is legally required to collect a charge, it will be included or shown at checkout. Otherwise, the destination authority or carrier may collect it from the recipient.

The recipient is responsible for destination import charges where legally permitted. BeSahu Arts cannot control customs assessments, clearance times or local collection procedures. Do not ask us to declare an incorrect value or mark a commercial order as a gift.

7. Delivery attempts, refusal and unclaimed parcels

The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking and responding to lawful carrier or customs requests. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was wrong or incomplete, delivery was refused, charges were not paid, or it was not collected, we will contact you after it is received back.

Any reshipment requires payment of the actual new delivery cost. If the order is eligible for cancellation or refund under mandatory law, the Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal Policy applies. Otherwise, original delivery costs and costs actually incurred because of the failed delivery may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

8. Delay, loss and tracking problems

If tracking stops updating or an order is late, first allow any carrier waiting period shown in the dispatch message, then contact info@besahuarts.com with the order number. We will make the carrier enquiry available to us. A carrier investigation can take time and its timescale is outside our control.

Mandatory rights relating to late or non-delivery remain unaffected. For consumer sales, transit risk remains with BeSahu Arts until physical delivery to you or your nominated recipient, except where applicable law transfers risk because you independently appointed a carrier not offered by us.

9. Transit damage

If a package appears damaged, photograph it before opening when possible. Keep the artwork, all inner and outer packaging and the label. Contact info@besahuarts.com without undue delay with photographs and your order number.

If possible, report transit damage within 48 hours to help preserve carrier evidence. This requested timeframe does not remove mandatory legal rights. Do not discard packaging or send the artwork back before receiving instructions unless needed to preserve a legal deadline.

10. Returns

Shipping and costs for cancellations, withdrawals, faults, damage and incorrect items are governed by the Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal Policy.
